Coach update

Hey team,

Sorry I disappeared suddenly. I think some of you know my story, but if not here's a brief recap. I'm an alcoholic. I was sober for 10+ years but about two years ago I picked up again and went on an epic two-year run that finally ended last month.

My GF dumped me last month and I hit rock bottom. I suspect that she is an alcoholic, too, and we were enabling each other. Ask Strat...she and I were a mess in Minnesota for his band's performance and for Pearl Jam.

I did a seven day in-patient detox in early October and I've taken several weeks off from work to do an outpatient program. I feel (and look) a lot better and tomorrow will be four weeks sober.

I will get back to the weight loss, poop, and pee threads. I'm also very much looking forward to this new PJ tour and album.

Glad to hear it, Coach. I was just wondering where you got to.

Congrats on getting sober again. That can't have been easy.
