Cropduster vs. Setting Sun

"Cropduster" is an all-timer for me. I'm still getting to know "Setting Sun" but at the moment its lower-middle-tier in my DM rankings.

I concur with Cropduster, KD. Except SS is top of the DM pile.

Tough one!

Setting sun is new and exciting but legit beautiful and top notch.

Meanwhile, Setting Sun has the least amount of plays of any of the new album songs on Spotify.

I think that's how it is for the non-singles in general. The number of plays are pretty much ordered by the sequence of the album; the last track gets the least plays, the first track gets the most.

I'm enjoying Setting Sun's first half, but I'm still going to w/ Cropduster here. It's steadily climbed the ranks over the years for me; it wasn't a song I sought out at first, but it's a song that grows in estimation pretty much with every listen (to be fair, Sun hasn't had a chance to do that, yet). I wonder if any DM song would beat Cropduster for me here? I think at least Wreckage and Upper Hand could.

Ooof. Toooouuggh one. Recency bias has me going for Setting Sun.

Cropduster is a good song, but it (for me) is probably the weakest song in this whole winner's division, by a fair bit (excepting maybe I Got Shit). It's interesting, but I don't have much of an emotional connection to it

Y'all, this isn't even close and Setting Sun is one of the two best songs on Dark Matter. It's no slouch!

Parachutes is vastly underrated. One if not the only interesting song on that album.
