I'm in a fair amount of pain at the moment. I think it's one of my intercostal muscles that is the problem. I have a pretty bad pain just below my scapula on the left side and my neck hurts.

I think getting a new mattress would help.

This thread can be used for emotional pain too

On a scale of 1 to 10?

Physical pain: 2
Emotional pain: 4

pretty fucking fantastic since I got some muscle relaxers.

man RM has gotten really old since I left

physical pain: 0.2; feeling pretty good overall, with some chigger bites and minor muscle irritations from time to time

emotional: 3; dealing with a little bit of relationship strife, but dealing well enough with it, with an overall positive outlook. we're all gonna die

physical pain: 3 out of 10 -- my right knee is being a jerk.

emotional pain: 8 out of 10. I don't want to get into all of it.

The gym definitely helps a lot. I was in a good routine until about a month ago when I fell off. I'm getting my house ready for sale and it's eating up a lot of my time and mental energy.

Pysical, maybe a 3 - had golfer's elbow for months which goes through stages of being background pain to waking me in the night pain
Emotional, 0 - feel tip-top and have for some time

i had a bad run of neck / shoulder pain last week from sleep oddities

exercising it after a few days seemed to help

i might need to just stretch more throughout the day

Physical -1 Been to the toilet too often in the last 48 hours and it’s a little raw.

Emotional - 3 Tomorrow is the last day of school until late August, which is awesome, but I’ve worked there for 21 years now and my 4 best friends are colleagues. I’ll see one of them weekly for pickleball, but I’ll see the others maybe once or twice in three months, and that bums me out a little.

Left shoulder at least 7/10 fuck this

Physical: 0 -- I may have been a little hasty in announcing that my body was falling apart. Feeling great. I'm tough af.

Emotional: 4 -- Very rainy and cold and I miss cruising on my longboard and swimming in the sea.
