Agreed. This is 2 *s for me. If a friend was like, “Hey, what do you think of my new song?” and then played me this, I’d give them shit. After the incredible late career Gigaton, Earthling, DM run, this is borderline embarrassing. I’m sure it will work well with whatever Carmie is going through in The Bear, but as a stand-alone track, I don’t ever want to hear this weak shit again.tragabigzanda wrote:You devalue the weight of a star with how freely you give these things out
my rankings are fluid. we will see where it settles. but right now I keep wanting to put this on.tragabigzanda wrote:You devalue the weight of a star with how freely you give these things out

Hard disagree. I love the tag. I'm disappointed with any version that doesn't have it. Same with Modern Girl tagged into Not For you.Kevin Davis wrote:My possibly hot take for the day is that this is a grating song no matter who performs it, and versions of "Better Man" without the tag are better.
Wease circa 1996-2010 or so would’ve been a hard disagree. Now, not so much. Although I do still kinda like the original cut.Kevin Davis wrote:My possibly hot take for the day is that this is a grating song no matter who performs it, and versions of "Better Man" without the tag are better.
