"You are ineligible to have a Facebook account"

So, yesterday evening I was browsing Facebook and about five minutes in I was logged out. I log back in and I am told that my account has been disabled but I am not told why. A little digging leads me to a page for inquiries that requests my name, DOB, and asks me to attach a copy of my government issued ID so they can "prove" it is me. I filled it out and asked what happened, although I omitted my ID.
I then read through the list of rules violations and the only one I have broken is that I have multiple accounts, but I have not logged into any of them for at least six months to a year. The Google machine has a few stories of accounts being disabled for little to "no" reason, or so they say, only to be restored a few weeks later with no explanation. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but I have tons of pictures on there that are now not accesible and as part of my laziness I have created accounts elsewhere using the "sign up with Facebook" option instead of creating one and now those accounts are inaccessible as well.
