But this part of the article I read made me so sad.

The gun jammed on him but he calmly corrected the problem and fired, apparently. Then jumped on a Citi bike and took off. Definitely planned, but not sure if it is disgruntled insured person or the Jackal hired by a rival.

The video of it is wild. Guy had a silencer and everything.
