I like these songs about the same. Both really good. Neither top tier. Sad had a higher ceiling when it first came out, but it also came out during a comparative low period in my love of pearl jam's output, and R/R is hurt by just how much I love everything around it.
Could be recency, but voting for S/S.

Two good ones. Love Sad, gets my vote. Best Lost Dogs song.

Intentionally opting out of voting is an ethical choice
React/Respond gets my upset vote this tournament.
I was a juror for a trial of a man charged with first degree murder when the album leaked. R/R might be the most impactful song for me.
I looked a killer in the eyes, by the way.
