Pretty much exactly what you would expect. Although some of these land with me more than others, I love seeing Eddie just drop these quick covers.

Could’ve been great 10-15 years ago. It’s out of his range now.

funny, my initial reaction was that i felt like this sounds like him 10-15 years ago and was wondering if it’s an old recording.

I’m with wease. But I still enjoy it.

The guitar sounds nice but I didn’t care for the hammer ons at the beginning and end or some vocal choices. One listen is enough. It’s too delicate a song for him or most anyone.

Producer: Eddie vedder.

Is that their way of saying home recording ?

Ed sounds great, but everything else about this is wrong. It's too polished and bright and weightless.

Might be my all time least favorite Ed covers.

Ed's picking style in this sounds different to every other time I've heard him do this. Do we know for sure it's him on guitar? Or someone else due to his tendonitis?

Sounds like a live version. Could be from last year or 15 years ago.

The sloppiness of the guitar makes it seem like it's a polished up soundboard recording. Unless he only had time to do one take in the studio.

Either way, Ed sounds nice, but the guitar annoys me.

Definitely a live version. The credits list John Burton as the recording engineer.

I thought this was quite nice but I also think Ed's acoustic playing is over-embellished

Feels too much like a performance.

This is a song that needs to not feel like you’re trying to sell it.
