also linguine w clams
oreganata i will eat but almost seems like a waste
prefer the real flayva

will note that
i had a spectacular fried calamari last night from an Indian restaurant of all places
they appear to have used a chickpea flour for the batter
was sumptuous!

i had a lot of welk when i was in paris the last time
in addition to other shellfish
but was everywhere it seemed
enjoyed it

My wife made an excellent batch of her shrimp pasta over the weekend. She remembered to add a bit of pasta water back in to really richen up the sauce. I mentioned next time we should add some Moreton Bay bug to take it to the next level.
