Small Town, even if Pendulum is among the best of its era.

tough draw. I like pendulum a lot, and it rules live. But Elderly Woman is one of the best songs in the catalog.

Yeah, there is a handful of songs Pendulum could have beaten here... Small Town ain't one of them.

Sorry, Pendulum. Enjoy Cancun.

I have come to really not enjoy getting Elderly Woman live. I don’t like the changed arrangement. I don’t like the overdone vocals Ed puts on it. And it used to be a highlight for me. One of my favorite tunes in the catalogue. So I have lots of mixed feelings about it. And I really dig Pendulum. Prob my favorite off the album. Tough choice.

I marvel at (and admire) those that take live versions into account in these tournaments. I can't do that.

Can’t help it. The tune’s been around in many forms over the past 31 years.

Same....studio versions for me. Not how the song is being performed for the 1013th time.

Elderly Woman is an all time PJ song. Pendulum is a mediocre track on the bands worst album. Easy one here.

So, if one particular matchup is close, a toss up, and you decide to go listen to both songs to see which one you'll vote for, do you listen to the studio versions? Or live versions? Many live versions of each? How so you decide which live version?

My overall feelings about the tunes. I don’t k is that I’ve ever gone back and listened to anything to help decide. Unless it’s a tune I’m not all that familiar with. Which is happening quite a bit this year.

it's a shame Pendulum doesn't have better production values on the album

i feel like if it got the same quality as Of The Girl did on Binaural it could really lift that tune in a similar way
