I groaned when I saw this match, but I’ve long given up hope that this place will ever appreciate sleeping by myself. I expected a first round loss. But to this song…that hurts

Obviously In the Moonlight, all the way. But I do like the Ukulele Songs version of Sleeping by Myself.

I used to maintain Sleeping By Myself was the very worst thing the band ever did but hard not to give that gong to Waiting For Stevie now.

I like Sleeping By Myself (the Uke Songs version is superior, however). But you know In The Moonlight is special.

Im not really an ITM fan but Sleeping By Myself (assuming band version) is ok but completely pointless. I much prefer the Uke version.

With Ed solo songs in this competition I'd assume the SBM in this round comprises both the full-band version and the uke version. Personally, I like both versions. But "In the Moonlight" steamrolls them both -- one of favorite PJ tunes period.
