my father in law made himself his usual bowl of high fiber cereal this morning, while my mother in law berated him for having breakfast before the rest of the family came by for an easter breakfast of eggs and bacon. i knew, i understood.

There used to be a bran cereal that was little nuggets or something that looked like rabbit food. It may still be out there. Who knows? But I always liked how it tasted when I was a kid.

i think a lot of them still look like rabbit food
and taste like rabbit food
but
rabbits stay regular
like spike's F-i-L
they know
the rabbits understand

Raisin Bran, grape nuts, regular cheerios and special K with blueberries and whole milk..
