Riggs and Blasko are back and this is Rob Zombie's heaviest song in over 20 years. I've been waiting for this day pretty much since Riggs left.

I revisited the White Zombie and Rob Zombie discogs earlier this week, Tuesday actually, and I'd agree that a lot changed when Riggs left. This track is 'heavy' but curious what the album brings.

I also forget how much I enjoy the White Zombie records.

The Necks' new album, Disquiet, came out a few days ago.

It's predictably great.

Ambient jazz? I guess.

This is awful, though, right? I gave it 2 minutes. Astro Creep was his masterpiece. Saw that tour. He wasn’t able to keep his breath, but that show did introduce me to the Toadies, and that has been a 3 decade gift.

Nah, I like it a lot. It’s not quite old Zombie but close enough that I’m happy. I love Astro-Creep but I definitely think Hellbilly Deluxe is his masterpiece. Well, The Devil’s Rejects is his REAL masterpiece, but yeah

I've realised far too late I posted this in the 2026 thread, instead of the 2025 one.

I'll no doubt be listening to this in 2026 too, so hopefully that's OK.

The new Dry Cleaning record came out today but haven't had a chance to listen in full yet. Based on the singles it should be pretty solid.

Goldfinger has a new album coming out this month. Loved them in the 90s and hated them for the next 15 years, but their last two albums have been a joy. I’m cautiously optimistic.

I used to bump the shit out of Hang Ups and Stomping Ground when I was 12. Fun band.

Wow. Another one?

His album last year was one of my top 10.

Hard to think of a more productive musician than BPB.
