Two five star songs, two incredible performances.
I've been really into the studio Even Flow lately - a performance I have taken for granted for a long time, but for some reason have come back to with fresh ears. And we take this song for granted. It is fucking incredible.
Having said that, I think Yellow Ledbetter is arguably Ed's best vocal performance, Mike is incredible, and there is such a beautiful, gauzy, wistful vibe to that song. It is basically perfect - even the inchoate lyrics draw focus to the feeling of the song, something you know to be true you can't quite explain. I've come back to Even Flow, but I've never left Yellow Ledbetter

YL feels like a pretty threadbare genre pastiche.
Even Flow is monstrous, immaculate Gossard riffing.

This is, after all, the Dave K bracket. Maybe stip included the Dave A version in the next bracket?
