When's the last time you played catch? What ball did you use? Whom with did you play'd?

Me and the old man trained up the step niece and her friend last year. They are now little league superstars.
I struggled to throw the ball from third to first without one-hopping it.
I could barely move for days afterwards.

That's nice. 3rd to first is a tough throw, especially if you want it on a rope.
I've been playing catch with my wife in the pool with a small football which has been a lot of fun. I love the feeling of nailing that perfect spiral. Teaching the kids to throw a little here and there as well, with a small football and squishy baseball.

I play catch with my kids almost every day. It's the absolute best.

Prob around 10 or so years ago. With my girls.
Also, I would like to add I strongly dislike the term “have a catch.” Ridiculous.

i also dislike that term
i also am not sure i like "taking a shower". just say "I'm going to shower" or "i was showering"
"having sex" is weird but it's hard to get around. i would like something like "let's sex" or "we were sexing" but it sounds so stupid

Kids softball with nieces a year or so back. I could probably play catch or shag fly balls for hours

There’s something magical about putting something in the air and someone else taking it out. We have a grab bag bucket of baseballs. We got rid of all the squishy tee balls but after that it could be anything up to including random mlb balls we’ve picked up over the years. I’ll play catch with either son who asks just about whenever they ask.

My kid plays basketball, so I got her this foam indoor basketball that still bounces but doesn’t make any noise on the hardwood floors when she practices dribbling. Highly recommend.
Anyway, we play catch/practice passing with that a lot.
