Been taking magnesium and turmeric and a couple of other things to manage migraines, but I don't think they do much. The turmeric might be the best, though.

B12 whenever I remember, a few times a week. I take an omega-3 pill algae oil pill on days I don't eat any flax, chia, hemp seeds, or walnuts. I should probably take a vitamin d in the winter, honestly
