So, by next year, I'll be releasing a comic book, which I'm working in about 4 or 5 years, and next year finally is going to be it.
About the Story:
Forbidden Magic it is an epic fantasy , with influences of writers like Tolkien and video games like Final Fantasy.
The story brings to the fore issues such as politics, religion , extremist groups and the definition of right and wrong , with its various angles and viewpoints , all in an adventure in medieval style and fantasy.
A focus of the story is to show the human side of the characters , both heroes , the villains , showing that despite his heroics , they have wants, desires , problems and defects.
Joining the fantastic and the real, Forbidden Magic creates a medieval world postwar between Kanessis ( an ancient race of sorcerers ) and humans , where, after the victory of the human , the magic was declared a heinous crime , where practitioners are executed bonfires in public , bringing the world to the era of witch hunts. Many secrets of the war was never released to anyone, beyond the
Ivan Truebound, the protagonist of the story , is a former member of an extremist group of descendants of Kanessis , which sought in violent ways , the end of witch hunt . That was until he met Veronica Melony , another descendant of the race of sorcerers . A girl who suffered all his life by his blood , which ends up being captured by the government to be burned .
However in her execution , Veronica reveals a power that kills all the soldiers , and at the same time, causing herself disappears.
Traveling the world of Roman , meeting people , getting into battles , Ivan seeking a way to rediscover what really happened with Kanessis , while able to find and save Veronica.
