Get an android tablet. Problem solved.

They don't show up on my iPhone either.

Nope. I mostly use the forum on my iPad as I don't have a laptop at the moment and it's really pissing me off. I even tried d/loading a new browser but nope.

This is probably the cause. But there is possibly a way around it, but I'll need to fish out my old iPhone to do some testing.cutuphalfdead wrote:Apple sucks.
In the meantime, can someone that is having the problem just run this check/test and let me know here?
1) Go to Settings > General > Restrictions.
2) Confirm that YouTube is set to On, if not set it to On and then try viewing an embedded YouTube video again.

do the embedded youtube players use flash? because i don't think either android or ios have flash compatibility. maybe i'm wrong.

It works on Android in the Chrome browser. Well, when I say 'works' it doesn't play embedded, it links through to the Youtube player when you tap on it. Either way, it still lets you play it. Every now and then, they show up on my iPhone. If you quote the post and then go back, they'll sometimes show up too.
