You are a fan of another team. Perhaps a very good team. That said would you bet on the Seahawks to win the Super Bowl?
My favorite thing about watching them on TV is the commercial lead in/out music.

They are gonna be tough to bet against, especially with an outdoor cold weather superbowl
If i didn't hate their head coach then id probably call them my 2nd favorite team

Why do you say the bolded? I'd call Seattle a cool weather town instead of cold weather.

Oh, and it's good to see you back, Bammer. There's a fellow by the name of RussellManiac12 whose username clearly indicates that you should have some company in this thread.

Just because of their style of play, not really because they play in cold weather all the time. I usually consider teams that can run really well and play tough defense to be cold weather teams

Fair enough I guess--I see the Seahawks as pretty well balanced all around.

I do too, but with Lynch being a beast, and Russell Wilson also being able to run well, i think that could be an advantage in bad weather, but they aren't the only team like that.

Fans around here act as if the Seahawks have already won the Super Bowl. I am legitimately worried about a wave of suicides if they don't.

That's a dangerous slippery slope. But if there is a mass suicide it should be pretty loud, no?

Apparently my 49ers are gonna be responsible for a lot of suicides in the Pacific Northwest.

I'd agree with that. My new NFC pick is the Niners.

Saints aren't even going to score a point in this game.

I adpoted the Seahawks as my NFC team after I first went to the city and fell in love in 2002. That's going to change when I move tho Chicago this summer, but I'm really hoping for a Pats vs Seahawks superbowl.

Manning can't escape the pass rush like Kapernick.
Seattle secondary will lock down receivers.
Seahawks by at least 10.

A) The Broncos pass protection is very good
B) Manning gets rid of the ball so quickly he doesn't need to escape the pass rush.
Bammer wrote:Seattle secondary will lock down receivers.
Strength vs. strength here--Seattle has the best DBs but Denver has the best receivers. If Manning finds that one guy to turn into Roc Alexander the Seahawks are in trouble.
Bammer wrote:Seahawks by at least 10.
I don't think either team wins by double digits.
