I've never been a huge fan of Nothingman.

I Just Wanna Have Something to Do is one the band's few covers that seeks to reinterpret a song in a different light to the original, it's really charming.

I Just Wanna Have Something To Do is one of their best covers, maybe their best.
But I just love Nothingman.

I forgot what their cover of "I Just Want to Have Something to Do" sounded like. So I listened to it.

Credit where it's due, it is at least not a direct mimic. But they do that so little (like, never) that it seems like the whole novelty was that it happened, so no additional thought was given after that one decision.
