Marker is one of the best songs on Self Titled, and one of only a few from that album that I ever want to hear ever again. But All Night is way the fuck up there, I love that song.

I'm excited with how close this contest is! I remember hearing All Night for the first time when I popped in Lost Dogs and getting completely stoked about how deep the band's archives are...it's a little disappointing now since barely anything else has been scuttled out. "Marker in the Sand" is also disappointing in a sense that it's a direction I wish the band took more after that record; I can hear traces of that song in "Infallible," I think, but in few other places. So I guess I'll MIST as the less disappointing of the two.

I actually forgot how much I like Marker in the Sand! It was actually a pretty exciting song from Avocado as it showed some potential for the future, and it had a bit of the funk.

All Night though is just great.
