Backspacer in hardback book case at Best Buy

I thought that only TARGET can sell Backspacer, but maybe that agreement is no more, as in Best Buy White Marsh I noticed Backspacer for sale, but not in the box with the middle cut out, but rather the book type case used for Lightning Bolt or PJ Twenty. At least this kind will fit in my cd rack unlike the TARGET kind that is too tall.
Since I think this version used to be 10c only or online only, its a Bonus to people who maybe lost broke or intentionally destroyed their previous copy of the record.
Also that and LB were the only PJ albums for sale that weren't in the bargain bin.
