What do you listen to when you are in a certain mood?
When I'm pissed: Tool or QOTSA. Aenima is always a solid "fuck you" to the universe.
When I'm depressed or yearning for the good old days: Jar of Flies. Maybe Siamese Dream.
When I'm lonely: No Code
When I'm happy: pretty much anything stoner/doom related. Warp Riders is a good one.
When I'm frustrated or annoyed: Mogwai or The National.

all the music i listen to is mood music for me
when i used to paint regularly i liked putting on Nothing's Shocking or whatever Pearl Jam album was most recent then. also, Washing Machine was a favorite for painting.
really anything SY was good.
Ani DiFranco (any album starting around Not a Pretty Girl and forward from there) works if I'm angry
Elvis Costello too for some reason.
I put on the first Jackson Browne album I ever bought (Running on Empty) a couple months back in a fit of nostalgia... that was weird and sad at the same time.
I'm sure there's more but yeah seems like it's all music from my past most closely associated with mood music choices.

I did that once. Since then, though, I only ever really get the urge to listen to it when I catch fire.

I bet "Take My Breath Away" would be ideal for making love to average looking blonde women.

Same but I don't always know which mood beforehand.

apparently it almost doesn't matter what your mood is or what mood the music is that you listen to - listening to the music will make you feel better anyway.
