A Doc Stange movie would be cool. Don't have a lot of interest in Ant Man.

So there are some set pictures up now of all the actors in costume. I like the people working on this, and I will continue to have faith in Marvel until they give me a reason not to, but man this looks silly without the special effects

the villian's eyes look cool, though

Is Dr Strange a smug know it all fuck? Because that's the only character I've ever seen Benny sell, even when it wasn't what he was going for.

Dude, I want SS to be good, I'm a huge fan of a lot of those characters. But after the recent "developments", you can't tell me you aren't kind of worried?

I will admit the reshoots concern me a bit, mainly because WB/DC has been approaching this from the opposite angle of Disney/Marvel: letting auteurs make something unique. This is the first indication that they are losing confidence in that approach, which is really upsetting.

Still, I adore the trailers and the people involved, so I hardly think it will be a disaster.

Dr Strange could work if they went with a highly stylized version but the Marvel cookie cutter TV on the big screen aesthetic probably wont do this property any favors. Needs Snyder.

they're claiming this is going to be really out there. I'm sure the overall marvel aesthetic (which I generally enjoy)will put an outer limit on that, but the stuff at the end of Ant Man didn't feel out of place

Like Verm said about Suicide Squad, the actors involved in this are too good for it to be a complete disaster.
