The idea for a person to unlock 100% of their brain power is an interesting concept.
To suggest that they could do something like control traffic lights though? Meh.

I have the ability to change traffic lights. Sometimes it takes a few seconds, but they always turn green.

the whole "humans only use 10% of their brains" concept is so false and it amazes me that it is still a premise.
