I actually think this is an Eddie Vedder song, not a Pearl Jam song. It definitely sounds like modern-day Eddie (especially the "heeeeee heeeee" bits in the second chorus) but it doesn't sound like the band.

Be careful. There are two versions out there now, and one ends at 1:13, around the middle of the second verse. I think it's a different performance...timing's a little off...but the sound is clearer.
