I heard of this band around the time when slave ambient was released but back then i overlooked it with the radiohead, mogwai and m83 releases. I saw the letterman video (july 8th) and haven't stopped listening to this stuff! i love the keys, reverb, and the dylan / dire straits style vocals.

This is a great band. I would use their music in my television show if I were still "alive."

Incredible. The whole album is a pure gem. In Reverse is my favorite.

Jesus, that 5:13 mark of In Reverse gets me every time, even though I know it's coming . . .

I've probably only listened to Wagonwheel Blues a half dozen times, but I threw it on the other day and was just floored.

Disappearing is a stunner.
gets me every time, even though I know it's coming . . .

This is probably my favorite album of the year so far. I went back and got "Slave Ambient" too, which I like, but not as well as the new one.

Love the intro to Under the Pressure. Sometimes I just replay it a few times before moving on. That's how you set off a record!
