Is there a program I can download to rip parts of dvds/digital movies on my hard drive into their own file?? I have stuff like this for audio but not video..

Like hypothetically if I dl the chappelle show or snl.. could I cut out the skits I like and rip em into individual files so I could store them on my phone to randomly watch

Couldn't you just open the file in something like windows movie maker and scope it down to the segment you want and then export it?

I've been meaning to find an all in one program that does this. Previously I've used a DVD decoder to rip everything to my HDD, but then it all needs to be converted/processed/compressed to create a single MPG or similar file to copy to my phone.

I'm sure there's something out there, if I get a chance I'll do some research and testing.
