Yeah, I noticed that too, they're really similar

Love the pumpkins, they are one of my favorite bands.
I actually think their 4 first albums are all pretty great (maybe 5)

Who else thinks Mellon Collie should have been one record?

or, if it had to be a double record, I wish it incorporated more of the b-sides from those sessions. There are some remarkable songs hiding there

Nope. It could have been even longer.

Sleeping By Myself reminds me of this song. It's one of my favorite pumpkins tunes

I'd cut it downt o
Tonight Tonight
Jellybelly
Zero
Here is No Why
Bullet with Butterfly Wings
To Forgive
An Ode to No One
Love
Galapogos
Muzzle
Bodies
33
In the Arms of Sleep
1979
I guess my only real issue is that i lose interest after 1979
Stumbeline, Cupid, and Where Boys Fear to Tread are also pretty good

I prefer Mellon Collie as a double album, I really like almost everything in it
And Porcelina, Thru the eyes of ruby and By starlight are some of my favs by them.

As I admitted elsewhere, I listened through Mellon Collie for the first time just a few days ago despite having been a casual fan of these guys for at least 10 years. I'm not a fan of trimming double albums, especially really good ones.
He looks more like Spenno. Anyway I couldn't pass on the opportunity of a lame joke but the truth is I don't have an opinion on this band, never heard anything except a couple hits. I assume they were hits anyway.
