Is it still appearing, and if so how/where does it appear?

It appears immediately after I make a post. Like, I'm gonna click Submit on this post, and it's going to show me the General Error page. I will then click back on my browser and find that my post went through. I am on Chrome, on a Windows 7 computer. This has happened on two different computers in two different networks.
