It had promise with Edgar Wright at the helm. Now, uh, I dunno.

they said he left over creative differences in that he wanted it to go a complete opposite direction of what they wanted

Yeah, i had interest when Wright was involved, now I really don't care. But I would give Marvel the benefit of doubt since the winter soldier turned out fantastic.

I really hate the trailer-for-a-trailer shit, but at least in this case, they're being creative.

This trailer didn't really excite me for the movie. Having said that, Marvel has yet to strike out in the post Iron Man age, so I'll certainly see it, even if it's not in theaters.

Trailer was awful. This does seem like it could be Marvel's first big bomb.
But then, I said that about Guardians of the Galaxy too.

i wish i could remember the thread in which we all made lenny-inspired superhero/supervillian names. i'm pretty sure Can't Man was one of them.

There just isn't anything impressive about Ant-Man. He's just so…mediocre.

Yes. Absolutely. And yeah, you're right. Not really.

I know exactly nothing about Ant-Man other than his name is Ant-Man.

The trailer hits that same "look we know this is lame but just go with it" vibe that worked so well for Guardians.

I assume he has the ability to shrink and grow on command and still beat up bad guys utilizing enhanced attributes.
