Pretty self-explanatory. Only bands that have broken up qualify; not just a band's most recent album. Band must have released at least two albums.

The Doors' debut is my favorite overall album but this one was a mighty good swan song.

They aren't done yet but I think the National's last album is their best. Same with Pinback.

I second In Utero. I listen to it and the Unplugged way more than Nevermind.....and that is nothing against Nevermind
