Brother/Daughter Lyrics (from The Kids Are 20)

Hey guys -- loooong time lurker here.
I've tried google searches upon google searches, years apart... and can never find the answer I'm looking for, so I'm hoping I can get some help here.
The original "brother/daughter" song, that we see Ed and Stone practice on the tour bus in The Kids Are 20 is amazing... the lyrics are pretty damn haunting. Well, the lyrics I can understand, anyway.
Does anyone know most/all the lyrics? Are there any better recordings or live versions where Vedder sings this?
