Just watching the movie now. McConaghey getting blasted in the face with with the high pressure water was pretty great. Tons of great cameos and some hella funny digs.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Late capitalism has accelerated the pace of life so swiftly that we're now giving the nostalgia economy treatment to Funny or Die videos from 2009? Damn, that's awesome!

The new(er) ones with Paul Rudd & Letterman both got some good chuckles from me.
One of those things that look jarringly different in HD.

My reaction as well. Not that it ever made me smile or laugh, but it was enjoyable. I could appreciate. There's something very sad about that, because I remember when Between Two Ferns was new, I found it truly hilarious and original and unpredictable and unlike just about anything else. The magic is gone
