I have a weakness in that I don't search music out. I recognize this & admit it. Does it mean I have to suffer?
Do I really have to go to my grave possibly not ever hearing the music that I might otherwise love the most?

please help

I am asking earnestly

"Beeswing" by Richard Thompson is a song everyone should hear at least once.

Is there any sound that is more mournful, deep, rich, & soulful than that which comes from a violin?no

Moondog's music took inspiration from street sounds, such as the subway or a foghorn. It was characterized by what he called "snaketime" and described as "a slithery rhythm, in times that are not ordinary [...] I'm not gonna die in 4/4 time".[8] Many of his works were highly contrapuntal, and he worked hard on perfecting his counterpoint, criticizing Bach for his many "mistakes".[11]

thank you. I today could not have asked for more, sincerely. :heartbeat:

On his 1994 album "Mirror Blue," and probably online somewhere.
