This Annoying iCloud Password Popup

Seriously, I'm ready to throw my iPad at the wall. Every since I downloaded the IOS 8 thing last week, I CONSTANTLY get the popup telling me to enter my iCloud password. I open Safari, I get the popup. I open email, I get the popup. I must get it about 15 times in my 30 minute train ride home from work. I've tried rebooting the thing, I've tried making sure all the apps are up to date and not stuck, I've tried everything I know short deleting the iCloud.

Help me RM, you're my only hope.
