DVD: "Under Review - An Independent Critical Analysis"

Amazon just suggested that I buy this DVD. Among other suggestions like Single Video Theory and AIC Unplugged.
Has anyone seen this DVD and is it worth my time? Or is it a cheap PJ20 knockoff?

that guy has a lot of music docs on his channel. its funny that they dont have rights to any of the music, but they are kinda fun to listen to while working.

I worked on the music for a short film and did some live band material for a pub scene. Lots of sound alikes. This doco is reminding of that.
