I LOVE these books, and this trailer looks really cool, but I don't know about the casting. The guys playing Holden and Amos look like the members of Fall Out Boy.



I guess it's my own damn fault. As I read the books, I always pictured the crew of the Rocinante as the crew of Serenity.

I'll watch this. Although one review called it "Game of Thrones in space".

Anyone read the books? I just realized that Corey populated Mars with the same ethnicities as Futurama.

I didn't know this TV series was based on books.

Looking forward to this. Hopefully it doesn't turn like that miniseries SyFy did last year.

I watched the first episode and I'm kinda hooked. A bit rough around the edges early on, but the production value is pretty staggering for a TV show, it's unusually atmospheric, has a rich sense of history and setting, and the characters sneak up on you. I'm in. I like it.

No, not 'til December 14, but the first ep is available for free digitally. I got it from PSN.
