Me too. It's a solid 20 minute comedy. Nothing groundbreaking, but solid.

I can't watch this because of Eric Stonestreet. I've seen clips and it's made me chuckle a time or two. But I just hate that guy. He keeps me from watching entire episodes.

this show is already past its prime. it's adding children, which is always a bad sign.

I tend to agree new characters is bad thing (I liked that the writers even joked about it by adding a stereotypical black best friend for Phil in one episode), but I think the writing is still really sharp and an old guy with a new baby is an element of many modern families.

It slowly descended from being my favorite show during season 1 to completely unwatchable this season. I stopped watching it a few weeks ago.

Raising Hope did a pretty good parody last night.

the restaurant scene tonight with the gays, gloria, and lily was really well-written. i laughed more times during that scene than i have in several episodes.

Interesting, him and Ed O'Neill are my favorites on the show. Why do you hate him so much?

Interesting debuts last night. The first episode was awful. It felt like it had been on for an hour after about 10 minutes, I don't even remember most of it I was so bored. The second episode was much better. Very strange. It almost felt like the first one was an afterthought rammed in to be timed well politically.

I thought it was okay this week. I guess the story of Mitch & Cam's engagement/wedding will be a big storyline going forward. I can see some backlash & criticism coming, particularly from conservative viewers & groups, but wouldn't that seem like a natural progression for two guys who have been in a long term relationship and are raising a daughter together in a state that now recognizes gay marriage?
With South Park & It's Always Sunny on now with their abbreviated cable season along with MF and The Middle (I'm probably in the minority here liking that show but so what?) Wednesday's a pretty strong viewing night for me this fall.
