Satan's Bed is great (though the studio version can't quite come close to some of those best early live versions), but Last Exit is top 5

This was actually really tough because I love both. But "Last Exit" just barely takes it.

As stip noted, the studio version Satan's Bed is unfortunately kind of stilted.

"Satan's Bed" is a middling song on a great album and thus elevated by its context. As a stand-alone, it kind of flounders. "Last Exit" is a much stronger song on pretty much every level.

I will admit to liking "Satan's Bed" primarily for the goofily vulgar lyrics.

I thought people would be all over Satan's Bed's dick on this one. I like Last Exit better.

Tough match up. Last Exit is probably the better song, but I'd rather listen to Satan's Bed.
Satan's bed gets my vote.
