Jake Gylenhall is a boxer. Rachel MacAdams is the love interest. Forest Whitaker appears to be a coach.

And the second trailer for this movie ends showing Jake Gylenhaal throwing a right handed punch.

I am confused

Is this the sequel to that one with Charlize Theron as a boxer?

Yes it is. Maybe I was looking in the mirror. My reality became disconnected and that confuses me.

It did not appear to be a sequel to million roller baby, no. She died, Ruddo.

Let's all rank boxing movies.

1. Ali
2. Rocky
3. Rocky Balboa
4. Grudge Match
5. Raging Bull (Haven't seen this in years; might be due for a rewatch.)
6. Champion
7. Cinderella Man (I haven't seen this since it first came out, though.)
8. The Fighter

I would say I like all of those except The Fighter.

I feel like the wrong word is emphasized in this sentence.

i need to see ali...i enjoyed the fighter, but without bale's performance i think it would have been very mediocre

i had high hopes for cinderella man back in the day, but was let down

Wasn't counting documentaries, by the way; otherwise Tyson would have been #1.
