Figured it'd be worth a new thread. Still haven't listened to the new single yet (track 1), but saw the tracklist on iTunes. Produced by Brendan O'Brien.

1. Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart
2. Dead Wishes
3. Worried Moon
4. Before We Disappear
5. Through The Window
6. Josephine
7. Murderer Of Blue Skies
8. Higher Truth
9. Let Your Eyes Wander
10. Only These Words
11. Circling
12. Our Time In The Universe
13. Bend In The Road
14. Wrong Side
15. Misery Chain (previously on 12 Years A Slave soundtrack)
16. Our Time In The Universe (Remix)

Not joking about #16.

The page on Wiki doesn't list Track 16

It must be an iTunes exclusive or something.

The title of the opening track sounds like the title of a bad Toby Keith ballad.

It's nothing mind-blowing, but considering his last two solo release lead-off singles were 'No Such Thing' and 'Part Of Me' (respectively), I won't complain

BTW, pre-orders started today--looks like tracks 13-16 are being dubbed as the 4 "bonus tracks"

Definitely a major improvement over his last solo album.

Had anyone bought the Euphoria Morning reissue? I'm trying to see if that is worth picking up.

I bought the vinyl, but haven't had a chance to listen yet. Interested to hear how the remaster sounds--I've read where a few others said they couldn't tell the difference between the old and the new. Was also disappointing that they didn't include any extras or anything w/ the reissue. He had quite a few excellent non-album cuts with Alain and Natasha back then.

His solo stuff has been so below average for so long average is an improvement.

I don't like this at all, really. Way too overbaked, which is the exact opposite of what has made his recent solo tours so fantastic - stripped down, acoustic, let the voice shine.

This sounds like it was produced in Nashville. Or by 2015-era Brendan O'Brien.

Yeah. Musically, it's got some cool things going on, but the lyrics and production gloss over them pretty efficiently.

Well i liked it, but i would prefer something along the vein of Euphoria Morning. I like my Cornell as depressed as possible.
