if you stomp your feet and make the flag throwing gesture loss of the ball and a 5 yard penalty for being a baby

if you do a celebratory dance after sacking a known immobile qb you are out of the game

create a no biased committee to hear all appeals

Eliminate the commercial, kickoff, commercial routine.

eliminate the coach's challenge bullshit.

Eliminate the yearly overhaul of the rule book.

each team gets a shot in overtime if the first team scores a TD

NFL

Never fine anyone ever again for an over the top TD celebration

NHL

Power plays don't end just because you score
Goalie equipment gets scaled back to 1980s sizes
No more instigator rule
3 points for a regulation win, 2 points for an OT/Shootout win, 1 point for an OT/shootout loss

All the unsportsmanlike penalties are dumb.

Just start teams at the 20 most every kicker can just boot it into the endzone now anyway and kickoff coverage is dangerous with guys running full speed and busting the wedge, ect.

Prohibit the commercial break --> now we're going to challenge the ruling --> commercial break sequence. Just review it during the initial commercial break.

Baseball: slow down the game

These pauses are magnified by 1000 in person. Its amazing how much standing around happens during an NFL game.

MLB: Eliminate instant replay(except for over the wall for a HR situations) and Interleague Play.

Absolutely. Most of my rule changes would be about speeding up the games.

Another change, eliminate the targeting penalty in college football. Just make it illegal helmet to helmet contact and 15 yard penalty. Don't eject the guy.
