The food looks good, Strat. All I'm saying is that you probably should have saved it for the upcoming "Thread where people on salary discuss recipes" or something.

so from the sounds of it, the whole food and dining forum could probably be merged into one thread

Not really. There are plenty of food related things that deserve their own threads. Anything centered around recipes or complete meals should probably have a home in one centralized thread, though.

Don't lock it up yet. I want to share that I fried some cauliflower the other night and it turned out well. The secret is a little bit of nutmeg mixed in with the breading.

I hope you realize that the decisions that you've made today will affect the future of Food & Dining negatively in the future, Doctor Van Nozensen.

The meal was fantastic. I have been looking for a good sauce to go with my pasta dishes. Something light and zesty and full of flavor.

Avocado, some fresh squeezed lime, some shopped green onions, minced garlic...

Absolutely fantastic and something that should please a special lady of my choice someday

It's crazy that you posted this. I just read an article about the avocado creating almost an Alfredo sauce, but much healthier. Good call and it looks yum!
