Moderator E.H. Ruddock feels strongly about this subject so I would expect the above guidelines to be enforced fairly strictly.

When I worked in the central Washington area I took a lot of pictures of graffitti on train cars as they would slowly roll by. I don't think any of it had to do with hip-hop but whatever.
