There are way too man blaster related deaths that are easily avoidable

If everyone on alderran had a gun they probably could have prevented the death star from blowing them up, though

Statistically, those stormtroopers were more likely to shoot themselves or a loved one by accident, than an actual death star intruder.

A lot of theaters around here have signs that tell people not to bring weapons, toy or otherwise, into the theater.
