Season 3 started here in the States recently, and the second episode (in India) was absolutely hilarious. Warwick is a nice addition.

if you didnt catch warwick in 'lifes too short' from hbo, then you are missing his best work. he plays to the camera better than anyone ever did on the office. and gems like liam neeson doing a scene with ricky gervais is such a bonus.

Really disappointed the final season was only 3 episodes.

Why is there no Steve Merchant in Season 3?

Ricky is a little out of control at the moment without Steve.

hbo bought a new show based on his comedy called "hello, ladies." i personally think steve decided to try something on his own after life's to short, which was a pretty major disappointment.

karl, meanwhile, is on gervais' new show, derek. 2 episodes in and the reviews i've read are that he's the only good thing about the show. i think ricky has lost his touch.

ricky reminds me of the band goldfinger. they were an awesome little pop punk band in the mid and late 90s. they put out 2 or 3 really fun albums, but then the lead singer became a vegan and that's all he ever wanted to write about. all ricky ever wants to talk about anymore is atheism. he's become a major bore.

Yeah I've only seen the pilot and I'd say that's about right. That's what I meant about him being a little out of control without Steve there. Karl is hilarious in it though.

Also, how persecuted are atheists these days anyway? Get over it. We're all atheists.
