Don't gimmie no lip is kinda fun, and I genuinely enjoy listening to Sweet Lew, and would have voted for it over some of the songs that advanced.

I like Dont Gimme No Lip a lot, and Sweet Lew is fun.
Nothingman is one of my favorite things this band has ever done tho.

Don't Gimme No Lip is a fun song, I like the Sweet Lew demo version better than the one on LD, but Nothingman is in the top 30-35 songs for me.

I think "Sweet Lew" is an utter failure on every level possible. Jeff has one of the most unmusical voices of any human being on the planet.

"Don't Gimme No Lip" is fun, and more fun live, but "Nothingman" is an easy choice here -- one of their finest ballads.

KD, have you heard Jeff sing lead on any song besides "Sweet Lew"? Whatever he's doing on that song, it isn't his normal singing voice.

Ask me while in the right mood and I might tell you Nothingman is my favorite PJ song.

The "NAIS" and "Other Side" demos, and a few things from his own albums. I agree that "Sweet Lew" is different (it's more of a rap than anything), but I still feel the same way about his voice -- even when he's singing backup for PJ, I feel like he always just seems a little off. It's cool -- not everyone's cut out to be a singer.

There's no question about this. There are a few live versions of Low Light which are just uncomfortable to listen to. Help Help as well.

Nothingman is one of my favorite Pearl Jam recordings. It just sounds so good.
