I love that this matchup happened. Two songs with a very similar sonic feel and subject matter. I never realized how much these two had in common with each other until just now.
Vote for Red Mosquito. I'm quite curious to see how this one plays out.

This needs a back to back listen but I'm leaning to HTI for now.

Man, after a few recent listens to RM, I really love this song.

Closest matchup of this round. 2 heavyweights. But RM takes it.

I think that's my second favorite March Madness Stip typo, after "Worldwide Suicie".

It's suicie to mock Stip for his typos, but I think he's the mos quti on this board.

My vote goes to Red Mosquito, and it's without much hesitation, though I really like HtI.
There's not a lot of "special" to point to in Hard to Imagine, but it's no surprise that so many of us love it. It's Eddie and the Pearl Jam doing what they did so well early on--pulling way more out of the music than they put into the writing of it. Examples of moments similar to the 3:18-19 through 3:40 marks, when the lull is snapped by the sudden urge to share your soul with everyone are littered throughout the first couple records. These are the moments that made me fall in love with Pearl Jam.
Red Mosqutio gets my vote though.
