This is a tough call. I really like Parakeet, especially the lyrics, but the first Arms of Love cover is pretty solid. Parakeet would get my vote, but the slow Arms of Love is really powerful (even though it may just be stipe and not the full band).

Parakeet, the chorus is tremendous.
I think Stipe sounds great in Up.
